Return and Exchange Policy for ZiO Pizza (Digital Orders)

  1. Conditions for Product Return
    • You may return a purchased product if:
      • The product is defective.
      • ZiO Pizza did not fulfill its promises, which includes:
        • The product does not match the order or the specifications listed on the website.
        • The product is damaged.
        • The agreed delivery time was significantly violated by ZiO Pizza.
      • You change your mind about the purchase, except in the following cases:
        • The purchased product is perishable or has a short shelf life.
        • The product is hermetically sealed, and the seal was broken after delivery, making it non-returnable due to health or hygiene regulations.
        • The delivered product was inseparably combined with another product at the time of delivery.
        • The value of the product does not exceed 150 NOK.
        • The integrity of the product packaging (box, bag, seal) is compromised by the user.
        • There are visible traces of use on the product.
  2. Right to Refuse Contract
    • Users can refuse the contract without providing a reason, except in cases specified by Norwegian legislation.
  3. Product Return Procedure
    • To return or exchange a product:
      • Make a request within 14 days of receiving the product.
      • Requests can be made in writing, including via email. For more information, contact us at info@ziopizza.no or use our online form and/or phone number listed on our website.
      • Provide identification data for the product being returned, including the order date and cost.
      • Returned products must include all parts and documents provided at purchase. You will bear the return shipping costs unless it is due to an error by ZiO Pizza.
  4. Return Timelines
    • Products will be collected throughout Oslo within a maximum of 24 hours after your request is registered.
  5. Reimbursement Process
    • ZiO Pizza will inform you within 24 hours of receiving the returned product regarding the refund/return status.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days after notification.
    • In case of denial, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
    • Refunds will only be issued through non-cash payment, credited to the card used for purchase.
  6. Transportation Cost Reimbursement
    • ZiO Pizza will reimburse shipping costs for returns made due to their fault; otherwise, customers are responsible for these costs.
